Terracotta bust of Girolamo Savonarola, in the garb of a Dominican friar, with the hood thrown over his head. Inscribed below, FRA IERONIMO SAVONAROLA. AN. DO. 1496. The bust, which is painted in colours, is executed in imitation of a 15th century work. By Giovanni Bastianini (b. 1830: d. 1868) of Florence.
